Can you see a stable image on the display?
Browser visual tests need a usable image. Choose the path that matches what the display is presenting now.
No automatic diagnosis. Browser evidence can narrow the next step, but it cannot certify a panel, cable, GPU, backlight, connector, power circuit, firmware, or operating-system driver, and it cannot decide that display hardware failed.
