  3. Switch devices if needed; Stop ends tracks and analyser nodes.
  4. dBFS estimates are relative — not calibrated SPL.

Nothing happens after Start
Focus the tab, allow required permissions if prompted, and ensure the control surface is active.
Permission was denied
Open browser site settings for this origin, re-enable camera/microphone, then reload and try again.
